Wow! What a month October has been! I have been super busy helping Lion DG Kris. I was allowed to give Lion Kris's message as District Gov-ernor to the Huntington Down-town Club this month. What an experience that was, I found out it's not as easy as she makes it look. I have firmed up the date for next years fall conference, and

plans are under way to have a fun and informative meetings for all. I have ordered my DG pins and selected additional Lions to be part of my cabinet next year. There are still opening to be filled, so get in touch with me if you're interested. I visited 7 clubs this month to increase my total clubs visited to 50% of the Lions Club in District 29-O.

BTW one visit included my first Charter night meeting at the Wayne Club and a second meeting was the Danville Area Clubs' 20th Anniversary.

What an experience those were. Is your club next on my list? I hope so. Next month promises to be as busy as this month. There are clubs to visit and zone meet-ings to attend. I also have plans to attend the DG training seminar for 1st VDG's in Marlinton, WV later in the month. Lion DG Kris assures me that my head will explode with all the knowledge I am about to learn. I hope she is exaggerating. LOL
